Using PetCare

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Bookings & services

PetCare connects you with independent vets and service providers. We are a platform — the care itself is delivered by those providers. While we work to feature trusted providers, we are not responsible for the services they deliver. Always follow professional veterinary advice for your animals.

AI diagnosis

Any AI-generated health assessment is for guidance only and is not a substitute for examination by a qualified veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. Prices may change with prior notice. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorised ways.
• Don't upload false, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Providers must give accurate credentials and serve users honestly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetCare is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and significant changes will be communicated in the app.
