That said, "no cookies" is not quite the whole story, and we would rather set out the whole story. Below is everything this site and the PetCare app store on your device or send elsewhere.
What this website stores
One thing: your light/dark theme preference. It is saved in your browser's local storage — which is related to cookies but not the same thing, and is never transmitted anywhere. It exists so the site does not flash from light to dark each time you open it.

That is the complete list. It is not used to identify you, it is not shared, and it never leaves your browser.
Third-party requests
There are none. Every file this site loads — the page itself, the styles, the scripts, the images and the two typefaces it is set in, DM Sans and DM Serif Display — is served from petcareembrace.com. Your browser never contacts another company's servers while you are here, so no third party receives your IP address or any detail about your browser.
This page previously disclosed that the two typefaces were loaded from Google Fonts, which did send your IP address to Google. We now serve our own copies of those fonts, and that request is gone.
What the PetCare app stores on your device
The mobile app is not a browser and does not use cookies, but it does keep information on your phone so you are not signed out every time you close it.

Managing all of this
- On the website — clear your browser's site data for petcareembrace.com. Your theme preference resets to the default; nothing else changes.
- In the app — signing out clears your tokens. Uninstalling removes everything the app has stored locally, including chat threads, which cannot then be recovered.
- Content blockers — there is nothing here for one to block, because nothing on this site is loaded from a third party. A blocker that stops our own fonts will simply fall back to a standard system typeface; the site works either way.
If this ever changes
If we add analytics or any other technology that stores or tracks information about you, we will update this page first and, where consent is required, ask for it before anything is set. We will not add advertising trackers to PetCare.
