PetCare ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the PetCare app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
- Pet & livestock information — profiles, health records, and notes you add for your animals.
- Booking & payment information — bookings you make and payments you complete (card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
- Location — your approximate location, only when you allow it, to show nearby vets and services.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device type and app activity, to keep the service working and secure.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve the service — managing your account, bookings, records, and alerts.
- To connect you with vets, service providers, and (for farmers) livestock services.
- To process payments securely through our payment partner.
- To send you important notices and, where you have opted in, reminders and updates.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers you book (limited to what they need to serve you), our payment processor, and where required by law.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Sensitive identity documents are handled with extra care and are never shown publicly.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. You can disable location access in your device settings.
Children
PetCare is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
